What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash, credit/ debit cards, check, and Venmo. We can also send a payment link or accept Venmo if you cannot be on location when we process the payment.

What is your service area?

We proudly serve Winston Salem and surrounding areas such as Clemmons, Lewisville, Pafftown, Bermuda Run, and Lexington. If you are unsure if we cover your area, please give us a call and we can tell you.

Do I need an appointment?

In most cases, yes. We are usually booked up 7-21 days in advance, but we may be able to acomidate you sooner depending on our schedule and the service you're looking for.

Do you have a physical location?

No, we only offer mobile detialing services. We detail cars on-site in our client's driveways, parking lots, or at appartment complexes.

What happens if the weather is bad?

As a mobile detailing service, we are at the mercy of the weather, so if it is likely to rain we can reschedule our appointment to the next sunny day!

How long will it take?

Our service times vary based on the vehicle size, condition, and service you select, but a time estimate is displayed alongside all of our detailing packages. If you have a hard dealine or time constraint, please let us know in advance.

Should I empty my car?

It is not necessary for your car to be completly empty, but it is greatly appreciated if you remove any valuable, personal, or bulky items from your interior.

Do you need access to water and electricity

No, we are fully mobile! We carry a water tank, generator, and everthing else we need to detail your car.
